**What You’ll Do:**

* Coach and advise managers and employees on complex workplace matters, leveraging AI-powered insights to inform recommendations.
* Provide expert consultation on critical HR topics including career development, performance management, workplace behavior, and policy interpretation.
* Collaborate closely with HR Business Partners to support and enable strategic people priorities across the organization.
* Design and implement scalable, automated solutions that enhance manager effectiveness and streamline HR processes.
* Identify and champion opportunities to apply AI and process automation to optimize HR workflows, improve decision quality, and free up time for high-impact consulting.
* Partner across a matrixed environment, including HR, Legal, and Compliance teams, to shape and evolve local policies and practices.
* Lead diagnostics and resolution of complex policy or culture concerns, incidents, or threats, independently or in collaboration with HR and Legal professionals.
* Identify and escalate trends in employee relations, implementing solutions, including AI-assisted analysis and automated workflows, to proactively reduce issues.
* Provide expert consulting services to managers and employees on HR programs, processes, and initiatives, influencing decision-making with subject matter expertise.
* Utilize data and AI-driven insights to anticipate training needs, recommending and coordinating customized solutions to address capability gaps.
* Continuously evaluate HR processes for automation and AI-enablement, partnering with operations and technology teams to design, pilot, and scale solutions.
* Advise employees and managers on compliance with company values and current HR policies regarding managed projects and programs.

**What You’ll Bring:**

**Required Qualifications:**

* Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or Business programs/processes.
* Demonstrated strong foundation in HR consulting or employee relations, preferably within large, complex organizations.
* Deep expertise in performance management and workplace investigations or case management.
* Strong judgment and the ability to navigate ambiguity and make balanced, high-quality decisions.
* Experience using data and insights to inform recommendations.
* Comfort operating in a highly matrixed environment with multiple stakeholders.
* A mindset focused on scale, looking beyond individual cases to improve systems and processes.
* Demonstrated ability to work independently and navigate ambiguity with minimal guidance.
* Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive, self-starter mindset.
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively engage and advise stakeholders at all levels.
* Proven ability to build relationships and leverage networks to obtain information and drive outcomes.
* Confidence in leading conversations, providing guidance, and following up on open items in a timely manner.
* Ability to adapt and remain productive in less structured settings.
* Experience supporting cross-functional teams and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

* Master’s Degree in Human Resources or Business programs/processes.
* Experience working in tech or fast-paced environments.
* Exposure to automation, tools, or process improvement.

Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
