**What you’ll do:**
* Write, create, deliver, and manage a wide array of written educational content.
* Support the identification of appropriate presentation formats, styles, and designs, ensuring content accuracy and effectiveness.
* Craft support and educational articles for digital products, making complex topics easy to understand.
* Manage the complete lifecycle of written content projects, from inception to publication.
* Develop and oversee project timelines and resource allocation, ensuring all deadlines are met within established financial parameters.
* Collaborate closely with diverse internal teams (e.g., creative, marketing, legal) and external partners to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
* Ensure all written content adheres to established quality standards, brand guidelines, and legal requirements.
**Must-Have Qualifications:**
* 2 years of experience in journalism, public relations, internal or executive communications, or a related field.
**Nice-to-Have Qualifications:**
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
* Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
* Proficiency in project management software and tools.
