Job Title: Graphic Designer

Our Canada based client is looking Canada based talent for this role.

This is a fully remote role, working EST hours, 37.5/hours per week

Talent in this role must provide their own laptop with their own license for Adobe Creative Suite.

About the Role:
We are seeking a Graphic Designer, preferably from an agency background, to join our creative team. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, up-to-date with industry trends and
innovations, and capable of translating branding and design specifications into compelling visual narratives across various media. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency, creativity, and strategic alignment in all design projects.

Key Responsibilities:
 Develop and produce designs that are consistent with brand guidelines while pushing creative boundaries
 Create visually impactful graphics and applications from concept to completion
 Work closely with copywriters, art directors, strategy, and account teams to ensure design integrity and brand consistency across campaigns and touchpoints
 QA design outputs, ensuring high quality, accessibility, and adherence to project specifications
 Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and budget constraints

Qualifications:
 Portfolio demonstrating strong print and digital design work
 Post-secondary Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design
 Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in an agency setting
 Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere)
 Creative Cloud License, ability to access all apps and fonts
 Adobe Animate skills an asset
 Experience working in multiple language files
 Excellent verbal and written communication skills
 Strong conceptual thinking and visual problem-solving abilities
 Ability to adapt to various design styles and execute modern aesthetic approaches
 Excellent attention to detail
 Strong organizational and time-management skills
