We are seeking a dynamic individual to lead pivotal change initiatives within the marketing division of a premier financial services company. In this role, you will be at the forefront of shaping how our people embrace new strategies and technologies, ensuring seamless adoption and sustained success. Your work will directly enhance our ability to serve clients and achieve ambitious business goals, making a tangible difference in a fast-paced and evolving environment.

**Responsibilities**

* Lead change management efforts for cross-functional, organization-wide initiatives.
* Build comprehensive change management strategies that guide and support people through the change process, including impact analysis, readiness assessment, and sponsor roadmaps.
* Drive the design, development, delivery, and management of effective change communications and training programs.
* Cultivate trusted advisor relationships with project teams, center of excellence partners, stakeholders, and key leaders to influence change efforts and achieve business outcomes.
* Identify key performance indicators and success measures, driving sustainable change and adoption.
* Drive simplicity and scale to increase efficiencies and improve processes, fostering transformative and lasting change.

**Required Qualifications**

* Educational background in Industrial Organizational Psychology, Organizational Development, Organizational Change, an MBA, or equivalent practical experience.
* 3+ years of dedicated experience in an organizational change management or consulting role, with a proven track record of success in similar-sized organizations.
* Strong business acumen and the ability to strategically align change management initiatives with overarching business needs.
* Demonstrated ability to influence leadership and foster strong employee support and engagement.
* Exceptional visual storytelling abilities, capable of creating client-ready presentations and other impactful work products.
* A consultative and collaborative approach to problem-solving.
* Highly collaborative working style with the ability to establish trust and respect across all levels.
* Excellent facilitation, presentation, and communication skills.
* Excellent relationship management skills.
* Ability to think strategically and execute effectively on both short-term and long-term plans.
* Execution-oriented mindset with the ability to meet tight deadlines, adapt to changes, and make effective, decisive choices under pressure.

**Preferred Qualifications**

* Relevant change management practitioner certification.
* Experience leading change management for a wide variety of project types at a large scale.
* Experience working within a matrixed organization aligned by Centers of Excellence.
* Experience working in the financial services industry or another regulated environment.
