The Project Coordinator is the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction. This position supports the sales team and customers by managing orders throughout their lifecycle, coordinating projects, resolving internal process issues, and providing analysis and support with new internal initiatives.

Practically, this can look like collecting customer project details, analyzing incoming information, organizing and preparing data, creating work orders, and maintaining order communication with all stakeholders. Each order can contain 30+ details, and a customer project can span as little as five days or as long as 90 days. You will be trained to use a complex work order software that requires very strong attention to detail. This role also requires strong collaboration and the ability to communicate at a high level across 3 facets: email, phone, and in-person. The Project Coordinator role functions within a fast-paced environment and involves an element of customer service.

Candidates with prior experience working in a production setting, retail, service, or hospitality industry are encouraged to apply. 

This is a full-time, direct hire placement that is paid hourly and includes full benefits. Pay increases are usually available after 60/90 day review periods.

RESPONSIBILITIES

· Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email and in person.
· Gather data inputs from clients and implement orders using our Management Information System.
· Communicate with the appropriate stakeholders: production, sales, and the customer.
· Work in collaboration with other departments to coordinate project completion dates.
· Follow the project and the work order as it relates to the order-to-cash process.
· Collaborate cross-functionally as needed

REQUIREMENTS

· Strong analytic, quantitative abilities, and problem-solving skills.
· Excellent communicator, detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple projects within deadlines.
· Ability to gather, analyze, prioritize and coordinate multiple jobs in production to achieve customer deadlines.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with Excel skills: formulas, etc. Experience with Microsoft Projects (or similar tracking software) is also a plus
· Able to adjust to changing demands, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
