If you thrive on defining innovative digital products and possess exceptional communication skills to rally stakeholders, this is your opportunity to build experiences that truly matter.

**What You’ll Do**

* **Define and Deliver Digital Capabilities:** Lead the charge in gathering requirements for new digital web form capabilities, translating intricate business needs and analysis into precise form logic, including data elements, validations, conditional flows, and robust exception handling.
* **Optimize Client and Operational Journeys:** Ensure all requirements are meticulously crafted to reflect end-to-end client and operational journeys, directly contributing to digitization goals that reduce errors and simplify user experiences.
* **Collaborate for Scalable Solutions:** Partner closely with user experience (UX) and technology teams to refine requirements, fostering the creation of scalable, reusable solutions that adhere to platform standards.
* **Drive Strategic Prioritization:** Analyze high-volume and high-impact paper forms to identify prime digitization opportunities, collaborating with stakeholders to prioritize initiatives based on volume, impact, complexity, and feasibility.
* **Manage Product Backlog:** Translate overarching business priorities and requirements into clear feature definitions and a well-sequenced delivery roadmap, effectively managing the product opportunity backlog.
* **Ensure Cross-Functional Alignment:** Drive alignment across product, UX, technology, operations, and client experience teams, ensuring a shared understanding of scope, priorities, and timelines for successful digital form solution delivery.
* **Oversee Risk and Governance:** Proactively identify dependencies, risks, and tradeoffs across various workstreams, leading efforts to resolve them and ensuring that all deliveries align with key objectives, metrics, and overall program goals.

**Must-Have Qualifications:**

* Demonstrated experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner, specifically supporting digital products, platforms, or operational initiatives.
* Proven ability to define product strategy, manage complex backlogs, and drive successful execution from concept to launch.
* Extensive experience collaborating effectively across diverse cross-functional teams, including Product, Technology, UX, Operations, and Client Experience.
* Exceptional communication skills, with a strong ability to influence and align stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
* A track record of successfully managing multiple priorities simultaneously and consistently delivering impactful results.
