**What You’ll Do**
* **Drive Digital Transformation:** Analyze high-volume and high-impact paper forms to identify key digitization opportunities and recommend optimal paths for digital conversion.
* **Identify & Resolve Friction Points:** Conduct comprehensive gap analyses across client and operational journeys to pinpoint friction, mitigate risks, and eliminate manual processes.
* **Define Digital Solutions:** Identify and define compelling digital use cases that address existing experience gaps and inform recommended paths to full digitization.
* **Strategic Prioritization:** Evaluate and support the prioritization of digital initiatives based on volume, impact, complexity, and feasibility, ensuring maximum value delivery.
* **Generate Actionable Insights:** Develop and present data-driven insights to inform critical prioritization and sequencing decisions, guiding product development.
* **Manage Dependencies & Risks:** Proactively identify dependencies, risks, and tradeoffs, providing clear, data-driven recommendations to stakeholders.
* **Develop Comprehensive Documentation:** Create detailed business and process documentation, including current state and future state workflows, ensuring clarity and alignment.
* **Translate Business Needs:** Convert complex business requirements into clear, actionable decision artifacts for development teams.
* **Collaborate for Alignment:** Partner closely with Product, UX, and Technology teams to ensure all requirements are meticulously aligned with target digital experiences and platform capabilities.
* **Shape User Experiences:** Work cross-functionally with Product, UX, Technology, Operations, and Client Experience teams to define user experiences and requirements for digital web form capabilities.
* **Prepare for Digitization:** Support the intake and readiness of forms entering the digitization pipeline, including thorough documentation and backlog preparation.
* **Track & Report Progress:** Monitor and report on progress, risks, and outcomes using defined metrics and Objectives and Key Results (OKRs).
* **Ensure Transparency:** Provide regular updates and insights to stakeholders, fostering transparency and supporting informed decision-making across the organization.
**Must-Have Qualifications**
* Demonstrated experience as a Business Analyst, Product Analyst, or Product Manager, specifically supporting digital or operational initiatives.
* Exceptional analytical skills, including the ability to synthesize complex data, perform thorough gap analyses, and translate insights into clear, actionable recommendations.
* Proven track record of successful cross-functional collaboration with diverse teams including Product, Operations, Technology, User Experience, and Client Experience.
* Superior written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence and ability to present effectively to senior stakeholders.
