**Partner with Aquent to Support a Global Leader in Manufacturing**
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join a critical HR Operations team. In this role, you won’t just process paperwork; you’ll be instrumental in executing the core HR processes that underpin the entire employee lifecycle, ensuring consistent, compliant, and high-quality support across the organization. Your proactive approach and meticulous execution will directly contribute to a seamless and positive experience for every team member, from onboarding to career transitions, playing a vital part in the company’s continued success.
**What You’ll Do:**
* Serve as the primary day-to-day HR support for assigned leaders and employee groups, collaborating closely with HR Business Partners.
* Execute a wide range of HR transactions and employee lifecycle activities within the HR system, including job changes, onboarding, offboarding, transfers, relocations, and leave actions.
* Manage comprehensive offboarding logistics, encompassing documentation, system processing, equipment coordination, and employee communications.
* Act as the main point of contact for Leave of Absence transactions and standard employee HR inquiries, escalating complex matters as needed.
* Coordinate global HR operational activities, including offboarding, immigration and relocation support, and ensuring adherence to country-specific requirements.
* Support performance management and employee relations processes by preparing documentation, tracking actions, and partnering with HR Business Partners and leaders.
* Execute logistics for large-scale HR processes such as reorganizations and workforce reductions, including documentation, HR system execution, and coordination with various partners.
* Prepare talent and workforce-related materials, reports, and data packs to support talent reviews, calibration, succession planning, and workforce planning initiatives.
* Support data integrity through regular audits, remediation activities, compensation planning support, and ongoing HR systems maintenance.

**Required Qualifications:**
* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
* 2–4 years of experience in HR operations or related HR support roles.
* Strong HR operations and HR system execution experience.
* Proven ability to manage multiple priorities with high attention to detail.
* Experience supporting global or multi-country HR processes.
* Strong judgment, confidentiality, and comfort handling sensitive employee matters.
* Collaborative, service-oriented mindset with strong follow-through.
**Must-Have Skills:**
* **Workday Transaction & HR Operations Execution:** Proven ability to execute a high volume of employee lifecycle transactions (onboarding, offboarding, job changes, leaves, relocations, compensation actions) with accuracy, compliance, and strong data integrity.
* **HR Process & Compliance Knowledge:** Experience supporting HR operations, including offboarding requirements, immigration and relocation logistics, country-specific documentation, and coordination with global vendors and partners.
* **HR Process & Documentation Management:** Strong capability in preparing, tracking, and maintaining HR documentation related to performance management, employee relations, workforce actions, and audits, ensuring consistency and readiness for review.
