Please note: This role is Hybrid and requires you onsite 3 days a week in LA.
As a Digital Account Manager you will be the primary point of contact for clients in the Electronics, Toys/Media, and Seasonal verticals. You will drive customer-centric solutions, leveraging your expertise in digital marketing to deliver effective strategies and recommendations. Your role will focus on campaign facilitation, audience targeting, and ongoing optimization to ensure strong marketing outcomes for our partners.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as the main client liaison for assigned accounts within Electronics, Toys/Media, and Seasonal categories.
• Develop and present marketing strategies that align with client objectives and best practices.
• Oversee end-to-end campaign setup, ensuring accurate implementation and timely launches.
• Provide audience recommendations tailored to marketing KPIs and campaign goals.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and recommend post-launch optimization tactics to maximize results.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (sales, analytics, creative, operations) to deliver seamless client experiences.
• Demonstrate a strong customer-centric approach, proactively identifying opportunities to add value and drive client satisfaction.
• Stay current on industry trends, products, and digital marketing innovations

Qualifications:
• 2+ years of experience in digital account management, media planning, or digital marketing (retail/media agency experience preferred).
• Proven ability to develop and execute marketing strategies that drive measurable results.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in campaign reporting and optimization.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $48.00 to $54.00. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
