Are you a visionary marketing strategist ready to make a significant impact on brand awareness and revenue growth? Aquent is seeking a dynamic individual to partner with our esteemed client, a major player in the consumer market, as a Strategist focused on Offline Media. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in shaping how millions of consumers engage with the brand, directly influencing market presence and business objectives through innovative media strategies. You will play a crucial role in aligning media investments with broader corporate goals, directly contributing to the company’s success and market leadership.
**What you will do:**
* Drive brand awareness and measurable revenue growth by developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies, plans, and events across diverse offline media channels.
* Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to pinpoint target segments and inform robust media strategies.
* Prioritize product, service, and promotional initiatives, meticulously evaluating projected ROI to balance immediate gains with long-term brand equity.
* Ensure seamless alignment of offline media priorities with broader corporate strategic and operational plans through effective cross-functional collaboration.
* Continuously refine marketing strategies by assessing market penetration and customer satisfaction metrics.
* Oversee the development of compelling promotional materials and campaign assets that champion product and sales initiatives.
* Implement and optimize processes and systems to guarantee consistency, efficiency, and quality across all offline marketing endeavors.
* Act as the primary internal liaison, fostering a strong partnership with the external media agency responsible for OTT, programmatic, TV, and radio buying.
**Must-Have Qualifications:**
* Demonstrated experience in media purchasing across OTT, programmatic, TV, and radio channels.
* Strong understanding of offline media planning, buying, and optimization.
* Experience partnering with or managing external media agencies.
**Nice-to-Have Qualifications:**
* 5+ years of experience in marketing strategy with a focus on offline/traditional media channels.
* Background in large-scale consumer brand environments.
* Proficiency with media analytics platforms and reporting tools.
* Experience managing agency relationships and holding partners accountable to KPIs.
* Strong project management skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
