We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic professional to play a pivotal role in shaping our client’s data landscape. This isn’t just about crunching numbers; it’s about being at the forefront of critical data conversion initiatives, ensuring the integrity and continuity of vital HR systems. You will be instrumental in developing and refining the reporting capabilities that drive strategic decisions, directly impacting how our client manages its most valuable asset: its people. Your expertise will guarantee data accuracy, mitigate risks, and provide the clarity needed for continuous operational excellence.

**What You’ll Do:**

* Lead the development, enhancement, and maintenance of advanced reporting capabilities across multiple HR systems.
* Conduct in-depth impact analyses to evaluate reporting dependencies, data integrity, and the downstream effects of data conversions.
* Design, modify, and analyze reports to ensure the highest level of data accuracy and continuity.
* Leverage deep expertise in reporting and analytics to create custom reports, calculated fields, dashboards, and robust reporting frameworks.
* Manage large datasets, applying strong data analysis skills to support critical data migration efforts.
* Collaborate effectively within a fast-paced, technical, and cross-functional environment, often with minimal direction.

**Must-Have Qualifications:**

* 6–10 years of senior-level experience in reporting and/or data analytics.
* Demonstrated primary responsibility for developing, enhancing, and maintaining reports and performing data analytics across various HR systems.
* Deep expertise in Reporting and Analytics, including custom reports, calculated fields, dashboards, and reporting frameworks.
* Strong data analysis background, with proven experience managing large datasets for data migration efforts.
* Proven ability to perform impact analysis to assess reporting dependencies, data integrity, and downstream effects of data conversions.
* Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, technical, cross-functional environment with minimal direction.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

**Nice-to-Have Qualifications:**

* Pro Reporting certification.

* Experience with Workday
* Experience with business process configuration and security.
