Our client, a global leader in premium digital media and technology, is seeking a highly creative and strategic Social Media Content Strategist to join their team. In this role, you will be the driving force behind how one of the world’s most influential podcast platforms shows up on social media—connecting millions of fans with the shows, creators, and stories they love.

Key Qualifications

  • Experience: 5+ years in social media strategy, content creation, or digital marketing, preferably within the entertainment, streaming, or media industries.
  • Industry Knowledge: A deep understanding of the podcasting landscape, including leading/emerging talent, industry trends, major networks, and listener behaviors.
  • Strategic Impact: A proven track record of developing and executing high-impact social campaigns that drive engagement and spark cultural conversations.
  • Storytelling: Exceptional communication skills with a keen eye for compelling visual and written storytelling tailored for diverse digital audiences.
  • Agility: The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment and think critically under pressure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategy: Manage day-to-day social programming to drive timely, culturally relevant storytelling across major platforms.
  • Innovation: Stay at the forefront of platform updates and cultural trends to develop innovative new formats and creative concepts.
  • Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams—including production, editorial, and partnerships—to execute global campaigns and evolve brand voice.
  • Management: Oversee internal and external content tracking, ensuring all assets meet brand standards through the approval process.
  • Partnerships: Act as a key point of contact for external partners regarding content development and production.
  • Optimization: Analyze social performance metrics and data to continually refine and optimize the overarching content strategy.

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
