Join a dynamic team focused on building best-in-class products that enable businesses to seamlessly sell their offerings through their own branded websites, over the phone, and in retail stores, all powered by advanced ecommerce and merchandising technology. As a vital contributor, you will design innovative and intuitive web applications that allow sellers to efficiently manage their inventory, orders, and customer-facing websites. Your work will involve creating compelling presentations for major campaigns, overseeing the production of outbound communications, and developing sophisticated internal tools. This role offers a unique chance to drive innovation, advocate for users, and significantly enhance the user experience for a vast network of businesses.

**What You’ll Do:**

* Quickly yet thoroughly create process flows, wireframes, and visual design mockups to effectively conceptualize and communicate detailed interaction behaviors.
* Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define business and feature requirements, utilizing empirical online data, usability findings, market research, and proven User-Centered Design (UCD) principles.
* Assess and optimize the performance of new and existing features through active participation in usability testing and interpretation of analytics data.
* Present design work to the user experience team, product team, and executives for review and feedback.
* Contribute to user interface design and development best practices and standards.
* Provide leadership in ecommerce trends, web application design, and user interface innovations.

**What You’ll Bring:**

**Required Qualifications:**

* 7+ years of industry experience providing interaction design solutions for web and/or software applications.
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in design, human-computer interaction (HCI), or equivalent professional experience.
* Fluency in best practices for web-based information architecture and design, coupled with strong knowledge of usability principles and techniques.
* Proficiency in a variety of industry-standard design tools.
* A strong online portfolio demonstrating past work experience and relevant, user-centered design solutions is required.
* Experience in marketing.
* Understanding of outbound marketing channels.
* Experience working on complex administration tools.
* Experience in conversational commerce and AI.
* Experience in E-Commerce.
* Experience in Social Media.

**Nice-to-Have Qualifications:**

* Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and analytical skills, including the ability to communicate complex, interactive design concepts clearly and persuasively across different audiences and varying levels of the organization.
* Self-starter who is customer-obsessed, detail-oriented, and an enthusiastic team player.
* Ability to work with highly technical teams and handle multiple projects in an agile, fast-paced environment.
* Ability to prototype in HTML, JavaScript, and CSS highly desired.
