Are you a strategic leader with a passion for driving complex programs from conception to completion? As a Technical Program Manager, you will be instrumental in guiding critical programs that span across multiple teams, ensuring their successful delivery and continuous optimization. **What you’ll do:**

* Independently author comprehensive program charters, meticulously detailing scope, timelines, objectives, resourcing, and potential risks for advanced programs. Develop detailed project plans that break down initiatives into discrete phases, identify dependencies, and provide clear visibility into constraints.
* Cultivate strong, trusted relationships with program stakeholders, fostering an environment that enables effective decision-making and collaborative problem-solving. Optimize team roles and responsibilities to maximize program efficiency and manage escalations in close partnership with stakeholders.
* Lead the independent triage of technical issues across various teams, assessing their impact and, where appropriate, resolving challenges related to tooling and processes that underpin engineering execution.
* Design and implement predictable communication strategies tailored to diverse stakeholder groups, ensuring transparency and alignment. Represent the program team across a wide array of internal and external touchpoints.
* Execute essential change management requirements identified by stakeholders. Develop and roll out comprehensive change management plans, including impact analyses, in close collaboration with relevant parties. Monitor progress and proactively address any misalignments.
* Independently determine and gather the necessary data for effective program execution and governance. Maintain meticulous project trackers and status reports. Proactively manage program tasks and dependencies, embedding values of excellence, inclusion, and brand trust. Establish robust program governance structures, including effective mitigation strategies, post-mortems, and escalation processes, while leading productive team meetings.
* Define program phasing and key metrics that drive continuous improvement, including responsible resource management, in close collaboration with stakeholders. Establish regular checkpoints to assess improvement metrics and provide transparent rationale for any program pivots.
