In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in maintaining the smooth financial operations that underpin essential initiatives. Your contributions will directly support the integrity of financial data and foster strong relationships with internal teams and external partners, driving efficiency and continuous improvement.

**What You’ll Do**

* Provide essential operational support for invoicing and supplier management initiatives.
* Validate invoices meticulously against purchase orders and statements of work to ensure accuracy and compliance.
* Collaborate and coordinate effectively with internal teams and various external supplier partners.
* Execute daily, weekly, and monthly activities and tasks in adherence to established processes and timelines.
* Participate actively in review meetings with internal teams to discuss progress, address challenges, and identify opportunities for enhancement.
* Contribute to metrics analysis and identify opportunities for continuous process improvement within financial operations.
* Initiate and manage purchase requisitions for various operational needs, supporting data-related and supplier management functions.
* Undertake additional activities as mutually agreed upon, with work assigned and prioritized by the manager based on volume and criticality.

**What You’ll Bring**

* 5-7 years of experience in an accounting, financial operations, or similar administrative support role.
* Strong aptitude for working with numerical data and financial figures.
* Solid understanding of fundamental financial principles.
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data tracking, analysis, and reporting.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, particularly for professional email correspondence.
