We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive individual to join a fast-moving team dedicated to building modern, high-impact software products. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving awareness for new features and products, taking ownership of projects from concept to production, and delivering robust, production-ready solutions that directly influence customer experience. Your contributions will be pivotal in shaping the evolution of key digital offerings.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain scalable backend services.
- Develop and enhance front-end features.
- Write efficient, maintainable SQL for databases.
- Take ownership of projects from concept to production.
- Debug, optimize, and ship code quickly with attention to quality.
- Collaborate directly with product and design teams to define technical solutions.
- Ensure code quality through thoughtful reviews and testing.
Required Skills & Experience
- Exceptional written and verbal English with complete fluency.
- 10+ years of overall experience in software development.
- 5+ years of experience as a lead software developer and co-founder of a software development studio/agency/company.
- 5+ years of TypeScript experience.
- 5+ years of backend web development experience (e.g., Node.js, Go, Ruby on Rails).
- 5+ years of React experience.
- Computer Science degree (major or minor).
