As a partner to Aquent, they are seeking top-tier talent to help shape this transformative period.

Are you a seasoned paid media and growth marketing expert ready to make a significant impact? We are seeking a visionary consultant to join a lean, dynamic e-commerce and membership team, playing a crucial role in defining and executing the strategy for a major brand transformation. This is a unique opportunity to build a foundational subscription-first growth engine from the ground up, directly influencing customer acquisition and retention, and driving the future success of a beloved brand. You will be instrumental in shaping the strategic direction of paid media, ensuring performance across both acquisition and retention channels, and translating data into tangible growth.

**What You’ll Do:**

* Own and optimize paid media campaigns across acquisition channels with a dual focus on single-purchase and subscription product growth.
* Develop and execute strategies to fill the top of funnel for subscription prospects, build audience cohorts, and refine retargeting approaches.
* Manage and hold accountable our digital media agency — bringing a point of view, pushing back on vendor narratives, and driving toward efficiency.
* Partner with the Creative team to develop and iterate on assets (static and video) across paid channels.
* Work cross-functionally with Integrated Marketing and E-Commerce teams to align media plans with broader business goals.
* Own end-to-end campaign performance, including pixel implementation, data passing, and technical QA — ensuring tracking and measurement are sound.
* Support affiliate channel strategy and execution.
* Develop audience learnings and subscription cohort insights to inform ongoing paid strategy.

**Must-Have Qualifications:**

* Proven experience in performance marketing and paid media, with a strong command of acquisition channels including Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Search & Shopping, and Affiliates.
* Technical proficiency in pixel implementation, event tracking, and data passing.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable optimizations.
* Experience managing and directing a media agency relationship.
* Excellent communication skills — able to speak both consumer-facing language and technical fluency.

**Nice-to-Have Qualifications:**

* Subscription brand experience is strongly preferred, including DTC subscription models, membership programs, or loyalty-adjacent businesses (e.g., wine clubs, health/wellness subscription brands, or similar models).
* Agency background is a strong plus, demonstrating an understanding of how vendors operate and the ability to cut through the noise.
