You will play a crucial role in ensuring that critical health content is flawlessly presented across both English and French, upholding the highest standards of quality and consistency for a broad audience.

Our Canada based pharmaceutical ad agency client is seeking a highly skilled professional to ensure linguistic precision and accuracy across all our communications. This role is essential for maintaining the integrity and clarity of our messaging, making a direct impact on how information is received and understood.

This is a fully remote role, working part time (approx 5-15 hours per week), and talent must be based in Canada:

Start = ASAP

Duration = 6 months with possible extension

Hours: can vary from week to week but generally 5-15 hours power week with some weeks having zero hours.  Hiring manager will communicate directly with you along the way to ensure schedules align

**Responsibilities:**

* Meticulously proofread all English and French content, focusing on spelling, grammar, and overall linguistic accuracy.
* Ensure absolute identicality between French and English versions of content, focusing on proofreading rather than translation.
* Compare copy decks in both languages to verify consistency and accuracy.
* Review a diverse range of digital and print assets, including patience brochures, leave behinds, iPad assets, banner ads, and social campaigns.
* Perform light copy editing as required to enhance clarity and flow.

**Must-Have Qualifications:**
* High-level attention to detail and a keen “eagle eye” for discrepancies.
* Strong command of both English and French languages.
* Proven proofreading skills.
* A strong understanding of French is required.

**Nice-to-Have Qualifications:**
* Experience with pharmaceutical pieces.
