Overview

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7 am – 4 pm.

Our client, a prominent player in a vital industry, is looking for individuals to manage essential mailroom operations. You’ll be instrumental in handling sensitive information, ensuring every piece of communication is processed with the highest standards of accuracy and professionalism. This role offers the chance to be part of a dynamic team, contributing to the daily operations that keep the organization running smoothly and efficiently.

**What you’ll do:**

* Operate large production-class digital printers for various printing tasks.
* Utilize large-class inserter machines to fold and insert printed materials into envelopes.
* Perform diverse mailroom functions in a high-volume, time-sensitive setting.
* Verify print jobs against documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
* Print, insert, and postage stamp communications within strict deadlines.
* Communicate completion of tasks effectively and promptly.
* Handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and care.
* Maintain a high level of physical activity, including standing for extended periods and lifting up to 50 lbs.

**What you’ll bring:**

* Proficiency with MS Suite applications.
* Ability to remain on your feet and active throughout an entire shift.
* Capability to lift up to 50 lbs.
* Strong multi-tasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent balance of professionalism, customer service, compassion, and kindness.

**Must-Have Qualifications:**

* Verifiable High School Diploma or GED.
 

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $16.33 to $18.50 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
