This is a US-based remote position that will start as a 3 month engagement that could extend up to 18 months.

We are seeking a highly analytical and business-minded individual to join a pivotal team, where you will be instrumental in transforming data into actionable insights that guide strategic decisions. In this role, you won’t just consume data; you will design, build, and maintain the very frameworks that define success, ensuring leaders have the accurate, relevant information they need to drive measurable improvements. Your expertise will directly influence operational and strategic outcomes, making a tangible difference in how this dynamic organization achieves its goals.

What You’ll Do

  • Partner with business stakeholders to define, document, and standardize Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) aligned to critical business objectives.
  • Design and maintain comprehensive dashboards, scorecards, and recurring performance reports (e.g., weekly, monthly, executive summaries).
  • Analyze KPI trends, variances, and drivers, surfacing compelling insights and recommendations.
  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across all reports and data sources.
  • Automate reporting processes wherever possible to enhance scalability and reliability.
  • Develop clear data visualizations and narratives tailored to both executive and operational audiences.
  • Establish robust reporting governance, definitions, and metric documentation.
  • Support ad hoc analysis and deep dives to inform critical decision-making.
  • Continuously improve KPI frameworks based on evolving business needs and strategic priorities.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 8 to 10 years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, or performance reporting.
  • 5 to 8 years of experience building end‑to‑end dashboards (model → visuals → publish)
  • 5 to 8 years of experience with Data Querying & Transformation
  • 5 to 8 years of experience with KPI Design, Performance Measurement & Analysis
  • Strong experience with Power BI and reporting tools
  • Proficiency in Excel; working knowledge of SQL and data modeling preferred
  • Experience translating business questions into measurable KPIs
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills
  • Ability to communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting operational, finance, procurement, or supply chain functions.
  • Familiarity with KPI governance, metric standardization, and reporting best practices.
  • Experience working with large or complex datasets across multiple systems.
  • Comfort operating effectively in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
