**Responsibilities:**

* **Cross-Tier Media Strategy & Innovation:**
* Collaborate with our internal media team to craft and implement comprehensive cross-tier strategies and measurement plans, ensuring seamless execution from national campaigns down to the dealership level.
* Communicate these strategies effectively to enrolled dealerships and vendors through various channels.
* Identify and integrate cross-tier audience data enhancements for participating dealerships via approved vendors, including retargeting, first/third-party data usage, and persistent ID identification.
* Act as the primary contact for cross-tier advertising goals in marketing and media stakeholder meetings.
* Partner with brand teams to pinpoint optimal tactical opportunities for dealer support, boosting retail performance and sales in key markets.
* Inject a perspective into national strategy and planning sessions, focusing on activation, consent, measurement, and efficiency.
* Champion innovation by educating teams on emerging technologies and applying them across all marketing tiers.
* Serve as the subject matter expert for all cross-tier efforts related to Tier 3 (with proven media roadmapping experience in Tier 1), overseeing feasibility vetting, partner selection, measurement planning, and launch/optimization.

* Initiate and lead direct collaborations with defined dealership groups, establishing shared objectives, timelines, and strategic opportunities.
* Cultivate strong partnerships with dealership group marketing teams, understanding their unique challenges and leveraging shared opportunities.
* Act as a dedicated advocate for dealership groups in cross-tier discussions, organizing roundtable discussions and providing data-driven recommendations that utilize unique digital and retail data.

* **Must-Have Qualifications:**

* 7+ years of experience in Advertising, Marketing, Media, Audience Targeting, or Brand team roles within retail marketing.

* Must have Tier 1 automotive media experience. 
* Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
* Profound understanding of digital media, advertising, automotive retail, audience targeting, and retail marketing.
* Demonstrated experience in Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3 media planning development and/or execution.
* Strong grasp of the media ecosystem and paid digital advertising channels/tactics (e.g., CTV, OLA, Display, Social, SEO, GEO, DOOH).
* Familiarity with Customer Data Platforms (CDPs), digital media analytics, and audience targeting and curation.
* Experience working with major media platforms (e.g., Google, Meta, Amazon).
* Vast understanding of digital trends, consumer behaviors, industry sources, and emerging channels to drive innovation.

* **Nice-to-Have Qualifications:**
* General knowledge and experience with local marketing tools such as Call Tracking, Vehicle Merchandising, Reputation Management, Chat Tools, Trade-In Tools, and/or Digital Retailing tools.
