Our client, a large, well-known brand, is hiring a Marketing Integration Coordinator to coordinate promotional campaigns that run across multiple channels, including email, digital marketing, and retail promotions. This contract role helps make sure those promotions are accurate, organized, and ready to launch. You will focus on the operational side of marketing—coordinating details, confirming information across teams, and ensuring marketing materials and promotions are aligned before they go live.
You’ll work closely with marketing team members and other partners to help ensure promotions are properly prepared and integrated across systems and channels.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys organization, detail-oriented work, and supporting the execution of marketing campaigns.
What You’ll Do
Coordinate Marketing Promotions
Support the coordination of promotional campaigns to ensure teams are aligned and prepared for launch.
Examples include:
- Ensuring promotional information is consistent across teams and systems
- Confirming marketing materials match promotional offers
- Helping coordinate updates or changes to campaigns
Support Campaign Readiness
Help ensure marketing promotions are ready to launch by verifying that key details are complete and accurate.
Examples include:
- Confirming product, pricing, and promotional details are correct
- Checking that marketing materials reflect the correct information
- Following up with teams to gather missing inputs or approvals
Maintain Operational Tools and Tracking
Help keep campaign information organized and visible across the team.
Examples include:
- Maintaining spreadsheets and trackers used to manage promotional campaigns
- Updating internal tools that track marketing activities
- Supporting reporting or data exports related to campaigns
Quality Assurance and Accuracy Checks
Support review processes that help prevent errors before promotions go live.
Examples include:
- Proofreading marketing content for accuracy
- Checking that promotions match the products and offers advertised
- Helping identify potential issues before campaigns launch
Support Marketing Operations Processes
Follow established processes to help ensure promotional campaigns run smoothly and consistently.
Examples include:
- Coordinating updates between teams and systems
- Supporting structured workflows used to manage promotional cycles
- Helping improve organization and consistency across marketing operations
What We’re Looking For
Must Have
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to stay organized while managing multiple tasks and deadlines
- Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills
- Comfort working with spreadsheets, trackers, or operational tools
- Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders or teams
- Strong time management and follow-through
Nice to Have
- Experience supporting marketing campaigns or promotions
- Experience working in retail, ecommerce, or promotional marketing
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools such as Excel
- Post-secondary education in Marketing, Communications, or a related field

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $25 to $30/hr. Compensation is based on several factors, including but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
