**What You’ll Do:**

* Strategically design content for critical transactional flows and account acquisition processes, ensuring clarity and user-friendliness.
* Collaborate daily within agile squads, working closely with interaction designers, product managers, and technical partners to deliver cohesive solutions.
* Contribute significantly to defining the scope and impact of both day-to-day tasks and broader strategic initiatives.
* Present compelling content rationale and design solutions to diverse stakeholders, including product teams, legal, and technical partners.
* Lead and facilitate workshops and external refinement sessions to gather essential feedback and build consensus across teams.
* Actively participate in user research, integrating findings directly into content strategy to ensure user-centered design.
* Influence interaction design decisions and contribute to wireframes, bringing a strong content perspective to the visual and functional design.
* Develop and implement content strategies that directly support key metrics related to user acquisition and configuration.
* Advocate for scalable design decisions and contribute a content-first point-of-view in all design activities.
* Adapt to varying design challenges, from content-first workshops to detailed translation work, demonstrating versatility and agility.

**What You’ll Bring:**

**Must-Have Qualifications:**

* 7+ years of experience in Content Design or a similar role, with a strong emphasis on UX.
* Demonstrated ability to apply strategic thinking to content, moving beyond microcopy to holistic content solutions.
* Deep understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and user acquisition flows.
* Experience working in highly regulated industries (healthcare preferred).
* Proficiency in Figma for collaborative design and prototyping.
* Strong communication, presentation, and workshop facilitation skills.
* Proven experience in UX writing.
* Experience with content design systems from a content perspective.
* Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience working effectively with cross-functional design and development teams throughout the development cycle.
* Ability to work independently, lead initiatives, and operate with a strong sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment.
* Experience contributing to user research and solutioning.
* A compelling portfolio showcasing strategic content design for transactional experiences.

**Nice-to-Have Qualifications:**

* Experience in design research.
* Advanced workshop facilitation skills.
