We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate individual to join a dynamic creative team, where you will play a pivotal role in bringing visual narratives to life. This position is central to the development and execution of high-impact visual content for widely used platforms, directly influencing how users perceive and engage with our client’s offerings. Your expertise will drive the success of critical visual projects, ensuring creative excellence from concept to final delivery.

• Location: Culver City, CA 
• Schedule: In-Office T/W/Th; Remote M/F
• Duration: 9 months  
• Pay Comments:  W2, weekly pay, benefits, 401k w/ match
• Background screening required

**Responsibilities:**
* Oversee visual content productions and licensing commissions for highly visible digital experiences.
* Collaborate closely with senior production leads and creative leadership to guide photoshoots and supporting motion capture projects from initial brief through capture and post-production.
* Manage multiple productions concurrently, ensuring seamless execution and adherence to creative vision.
* Lead contract and fee negotiations with visual artists and their representatives.
* Develop and manage project budgets, translating creative concepts into cost-effective production strategies.
* Partner with internal and external teams to manage project timelines, workflows, and cross-functional communication.
* Maintain an organized and systematic approach to document filing and archiving for all productions.

**Must-Have Qualifications:**
* A profound passion for visual arts, coupled with extensive knowledge of visual artists and global agencies across various scales (unit, editorial, and commercial), demonstrating an appreciation for diverse perspectives.
* Proven ability to independently guide complex visual content productions from concept development to final delivery.
* Extensive hands-on experience producing both still and motion visual content shoots for a wide range of purposes.
* Expertise in negotiating contracts and fees with visual artists and their agents.
* Exceptional skills in budget management, with a deep understanding of how to transform creative visions into financially sound production approaches.
* Demonstrated ability to effectively manage projects, collaborating with internal and external teams on timelines, workflows, and cross-functional meetings.
* An organized and systematic approach to document filing and archiving.
* A proactive and positive team player with strong communication, project, and time management skills.
* Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment.
* Minimum of 8 years of relevant visual content production experience.
* Ability to present and discuss a visual portfolio showcasing work at a producer level or higher.
* Available for occasional travel.

Please note this is a hybrid role in Culver City, CA You must be able to work 3 days onsite (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday) and 2 days remote (Monday and Friday)
