  • Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot automation scripts and tools to streamline business operations.
  • Configure and maintain robust integrations between various web-based applications and existing enterprise systems.

  • 4+ years of development experience within leading enterprise platforms, including those used for identity and access management, business process automation, business intelligence, collaborative communication, productivity suites, development operations, and AI-powered agent creation.
  • 1+ year of experience integrating and pulling data from third-party applications and APIs, with a proven ability to integrate with leading enterprise tools.
  • 2+ years of experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, HTML) and coding languages (e.g., C#/HTML), and familiarity with various development environments.

  • A proven problem-solver who thinks critically and insists on the highest standards for solution development and improvement.

Skills:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a customer-service oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and effectively manage one’s time.
