Are you a seasoned HR professional passionate about making a real impact on an organization’s most valuable asset – its people? We are seeking an exceptional HR Generalist to step into a pivotal role, directly shaping the employee experience and driving strategic HR initiatives across multiple dynamic units. This isn’t just a generalist position; it’s an opportunity to be a strategic partner, influencing workforce planning, talent development, and organizational effectiveness, all while supporting critical patient care objectives. Your expertise will be vital in translating organizational HR strategy into actionable plans, ensuring compliance, and fostering a high-performance culture. Get ready to leverage your HR acumen to empower leaders and elevate the employee journey!

In this role, you will serve as a strategic Human Resources Business Partner, collaborating closely with leadership across various operational units. You will be instrumental in deploying HR initiatives, providing expert guidance on people solutions, and ensuring that HR practices align with both local needs and enterprise-wide standards. Your work will directly contribute to a productive, compliant, and engaged workforce that supports the organization’s overarching mission.

**Key Responsibilities and Impact:**

* Serve as a strategic HR partner to leadership, translating organizational HR strategy into actionable plans that meet local needs while aligning with broader programs.
* Lead and influence workforce planning, performance management, succession planning, and employee relations; provide coaching to leaders and escalate risk as needed.
* Design and implement change management strategies for organizational initiatives, assessing impact, adoption, and sustainability; monitor outcomes and adjust approaches.
* Ensure efficient, high-quality delivery of HR solutions by collaborating with Centers of Excellence and HR operations; gather business feedback and drive continuous improvement.
* Advise leaders on policy interpretation, regulatory compliance, staffing decisions, and workforce risk; ensure consistent application across units while accommodating local nuances.
* Develop and monitor HR metrics and dashboards; provide data-driven insights to senior leadership and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
* Manage or facilitate core HR processes (onboarding, performance management, employee development, and retention initiatives) and promote self-service tools for managers.
* Influence and support organizational change by mapping impact, communicating effectively with stakeholders, and sustaining desired outcomes.
* Guide managers in workforce development and training needs assessments; oversee delivery of targeted development programs and capability-building efforts.
* Direct managers and staff to appropriate HR resources and escalation paths; serve as a trusted advisor for complex or sensitive issues.
* Ensure safety, privacy, and compliance policies are upheld; participate in audits and corrective action planning as required.
* Participate in organization-wide HR projects and initiatives; contribute to a positive, inclusive workplace culture.

This role offers significant opportunities to lead and influence critical HR functions, collaborate with diverse stakeholders, and drive impactful change. You will have the chance to apply your strategic thinking to real-world challenges, develop data-driven solutions, and contribute directly to a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

**Required Skills & Experience:**

* Bachelor’s degree.
* 3-5 years of progressively responsible HR experience (Generalist, Manager, or Specialist) with demonstrated business-side partnership; experience supporting multiple units or cross-functional teams preferred.
* Ability to operate effectively in a complex, evolving environment and collaborate across the organization.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; strong judgment and diplomacy.
* Robust problem-solving, analytical, and data-driven decision-making capabilities.
* Expertise in performance management, talent selection, retention, conflict resolution, and employee development.
* Solid knowledge of employment law and applicable regulations; strong ethics, discretion, and confidentiality.
* Strategic thinking with the ability to balance big-picture objectives with tactical execution.
* Ability to multi-task, manage multiple projects, and influence without direct authority.
* Proven ability to build partnerships with line managers, senior leaders, and HR colleagues; persuasive, credible, and collaborative communication style.
* Outstanding written and verbal communication, listening, and presentation skills.

**Nice-to-Have Qualifications:**

* S/PHR (Professional in Human Resources) certification or other recognized HR credentials (e.g., SHRM-S/CP).
