In this dynamic role, you will be a trusted partner to our business leaders, crafting and executing cutting-edge recruiting strategies that bring exceptional talent into our organization. **Your Impact**
As a Talent Advisor, you will be at the forefront of talent acquisition, acting as a strategic consultant, a pipeline manager, a process expert, and a collaborative team member. You will drive critical initiatives that directly contribute to our ability to attract, assess, and hire the best talent in the market.
**What You’ll Do**
* **Strategic Advisor:**
* Drive strategic talent priorities for assigned business functions, developing deep business insights.
* Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with business leaders and HR partners.
* Analyze data trends (e.g., labor market, supply/demand, workforce trends) to inform sourcing strategies.
* Partner with business teams to understand short and long-term staffing needs and provide expert recommendations.
* Educate hiring teams on impactful hiring decisions and compelling offer package creation.
* **Pipeline Manager:**
* Collaborate with sourcing and talent attraction teams to meet business needs.
* Nurture relationships with passive talent and build insightful talent pools.
* Represent the organization at various recruiting events, including job fairs and diversity initiatives.
* Evaluate and assess potential candidates, effectively marketing career opportunities.
* Deliver qualified and diverse slates of talent for all positions.
* Conduct job offer discussions with candidates.
* **Process Owner:**
* Master recruiting processes, adhering to internal policies, procedures, and employment laws.
* Provide guidance on effective and legal interviewing practices.
* Prepare interview guides and facilitate interview team debriefs.
* Ensure the completion of hiring manager interview forms.
* Maintain accurate system documentation and up-to-date candidate records.
* **Effective Collaborator:**
* Champion a strong community across Talent Acquisition and HR, proactively sharing information and collaborating on initiatives.
* Deliver clear, concise, and accurate client-ready information at all levels
**Must-Haves:**
* 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a corporate and/or search environment, with a strong focus on technical recruiting.
* Extensive experience in recruiting across multiple functions, including leading execution activities from search strategy, candidate research, development, assessment, candidate management, and offer negotiation.
* Proven ability to manage a workload of 25+ requisitions simultaneously (volume may fluctuate based on role complexity).
**Nice-to-Haves:**
* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
* Prior experience utilizing applicant tracking systems.
* Proficiency in standard office productivity software.
* Experience managing multiple priorities, navigating complex interpersonal and organizational issues, balancing stakeholder priorities, and building trust with business partners.
* Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail, fostering a shared sense of urgency with the business.
* Track record of crafting customized recruiting strategies based on specific business goals and objectives.
* Strong emotional intelligence, maturity, and a consultative presence.
* Thrives on initiating, building, and cultivating strong, authentic relationships across the organization.
* Superior written communication skills, capable of leveraging executive summary concepts to craft compelling narratives about assignments and candidates.
* Excellent candidate conversion skills, including effectively marketing the organization as an employer of choice.
