As a key member of the finance team, you will serve as a primary finance partner for global operational teams, ensuring they have the necessary resources to excel. You will contribute significantly by analyzing and improving resource requisition processes, supporting strategic payroll initiatives, and driving process improvements that enable the organization’s growth and scalability. Your insights and recommendations will directly influence critical financial and operational decisions, making a measurable difference in how the organization supports its global presence.
What You’ll Do:
- Provide in-depth analysis, insights, and recommendations on existing resource requisition processes, encompassing reporting, approval workflows, and new team staffing.
- Process and approve positions and requisitions based on operational demand needs.
- Collaborate with operational leadership to implement resource strategies that align with financial and operational goals.
- Develop and execute process improvement projects designed to enhance the organization’s scalability and expand its global presence.
- Manage and maintain operational-facing resource policies and procedures.
- Conduct ad hoc financial analysis to support operational finance and leadership.
Required Qualifications:
- A broad-based business professional with strong acumen across multiple disciplines.
- A keen eye for identifying continuous improvement opportunities.
- 1+ years of professional experience in a related field.
- Ability to think both analytically and creatively to solve complex problems.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- *Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex financial themes to non-financial business partners.
- BS/BA in a related field.
