Aquent Studios is looking to expand its Partner Marketing Manager, Brand Partnerships capacity in a role that thrives on strategic excellence and brand integrity, working on high-impact initiatives with one of our top clients. As Partner Marketing Manager, you are more than just an executor—you are a strategic powerhouse. You won’t just follow a process; you will architect and drive global OEM marketing frameworks from initial concept to high-impact reality.

As a key leader within our managed service team, you will have a profound impact on the brand integrity of global product launches. You will be tasked with challenging conventional GTM approaches and championing best-in-class executions that achieve unprecedented partner resonance and retail excellence.

Impact & Responsibilities:

  • GTM Architect: Lead the development of collaborative launch frameworks and comprehensive go-to-market strategies for highly visible OEM partners.
  • Brand Guardian: Independently review and approve brand creative assets, providing the authoritative feedback necessary to ensure alignment with global brand standards.
  • Retail Strategist: Consult on in-store merchandising and physical retail execution, ensuring point-of-sale assets and PDPs align with overarching product launch goals.
  • Operational Lead: Direct complex timelines and deliverables across a matrix of internal and external stakeholders, including business development and product teams.
  • Strategic Advisor: Serve as the primary point of contact and escalation for OEM partners, navigating complex dynamics to drive consensus on creative and marketing initiatives.
  • Knowledge Catalyst: Lead comprehensive training sessions to empower partners on creative toolkits, brand guidelines, and evolving best practices.
  • Performance-Driven Readiness: Directly oversee product launch readiness, integrating data and asset reviews to optimize for maximum market engagement.

Must-Have Experience & Skills:

  • Strategic Partnership Mastery: 5–10 years of experience in brand marketing, partner marketing, or creative project management with a focus on external collaborations.
  • Retail Expertise: Established track record of working directly with external retail partners to execute physical and digital marketing programs.
  • Complex Project Orchestration: Advanced project management skills with the ability to independently manage multiple concurrent workstreams and mitigate risks.
  • Leadership Presence: Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex brand requirements persuasively to diverse stakeholders and OEM leads.
  • Operational Autonomy: A proactive self-starter who identifies process optimizations and takes the initiative to drive marketing innovation.
