**Primary Duties:**
* Perform general office functions including filing, scanning, photocopying, and mailing.
* Review and accurately file critical documents.
* Compile and maintain comprehensive tracking system reports.
* Process specifications, procedures, and drawings with meticulous attention to detail.
* Log and track information efficiently across multiple applications.
* Conduct thorough research to address customer inquiries.
* Prepare detailed status reports for management and team review.
* Respond promptly and professionally to customer and internal phone inquiries.
**Must-Have Qualifications:**
* High school diploma or equivalent.
* 1-3 years of professional experience in a clerical or administrative support role.
* Exceptional proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Teams, and Outlook.
* Proven ability to perform accurate data entry and maintain high data integrity across systems.
* Strong clerical and organizational skills, including the ability to create and maintain spreadsheets, reports, and tracking documents.
* Demonstrated strong written, verbal, interpersonal, and telephone communication skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively and effectively within a team environment.
* Keen attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy in reviewing documentation, compiling reports, and processing information.
* Ability to identify discrepancies, ensure completeness of records, and maintain data integrity across multiple systems.
* Strong ability to interpret operational notes and independently determine next steps.
* Demonstrated ability to follow workflow logic and apply standard operating procedures without constant oversight.
* Experience working across multiple systems and reconciling information between platforms.
* Ability to make sound, timely decisions based on documented information.
* Strong decision-making skills with the confidence to act based on documented information.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and shifting priorities effectively in a fast-paced, KPI-driven environment.
* Ability to quickly learn and navigate new corporate systems and departmental tools

This is a HYBRID role in Rye, NY (3 days / week onsite) and training will be 4 days / week onsite, so only local canddiates will be considered.
