Are you a quantitative market researcher who thrives on managing complex brand tracking programs and ensuring data integrity over time?

We’re seeking a Customer Research Consultant to own enterprise-wide brand health and customer tracking programs across multiple retail banners within our large retail client. This contract role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with raw survey data, managing vendors, and building executive-ready reporting.

What You’ll Own:

  • End-to-end management of corporate tracking programs (NPS, brand trust, loyalty, competitive brand health)
  • Vendor and sample management
  • Longitudinal dataset management
  • Executive scorecard development
  • Data quality and KPI governance
  • Workflow automation and reporting efficiency

What You’ll Bring:

  • 3+ years in quantitative market research
  • Experience managing tracking programs (not just ad hoc research)
  • Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, dataset management)
  • Experience handling .csv files
  • Understanding of sampling, quotas, weighting
  • Vendor management experience
  • Confidence presenting insights to senior leaders
  • SPSS experience strongly preferred.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $28 to $34/hr. Compensation is based on several factors, including but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
