We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our client’s team, where you will play a pivotal role in the evolution and optimization of their communication fulfillment platforms. In this exciting position, you will serve as a vital link between business needs and technical solutions, directly influencing the efficiency and effectiveness of critical messaging systems. Your expertise will ensure seamless operations, drive strategic modernization efforts, and empower end-users, contributing directly to a superior customer experience and the organization’s strategic goals.

To be considered for this role, you must:

  • Be authorized to work in the United States
  • Not require sponsorship of any kind for the duration of the assignment
  • Be able to work on a W-2 basis.  C2C or 1099 is not permitted for this position

**Here’s what you’ll be doing:**

* Support the daily operations and ensure the smooth functioning of essential platform capabilities.
* Gather, analyze, and meticulously document requirements for IT development teams, translating business rules, routing logic, and workflow needs into clear specifications.
* Map and optimize current-state and future-state workflows across various messaging fulfillment systems.
* Contribute to the execution of the product roadmap for both fulfillment and audit capabilities.
* Provide comprehensive end-user support, facilitate onboarding, deliver training, and manage platform licenses.
* Collaborate extensively with cross-functional partners, including Marketing, Compliance, Operations, Technology, and Regulatory teams, to refine requirements and prioritize critical work.
* Support the creation of essential documentation, governance standards, and process materials to ensure consistency and compliance.
* Monitor platform performance diligently, identifying and championing opportunities for operational improvements and efficiencies.
* Actively contribute to significant modernization initiatives involving advanced document composition and future-state orchestration platforms.

**What you’ll bring:**

**Must-Have Qualifications:**

* 3+ years of professional experience in product ownership, business analysis, marketing technology (MarTech), or similar technical/operational roles.
* A strong functional understanding of communication fulfillment or document composition platforms.
* Proven experience in documenting complex workflows and effectively translating intricate business rules into clear, actionable technical requirements.
* Exceptional communication and stakeholder collaboration skills, with the ability to engage effectively across all levels of an organization.
* Familiarity with Agile methodologies, including backlog management and iterative delivery processes.

**Nice-to-Have Qualifications:**

* Experience operating within regulated industries, such as healthcare, insurance, or financial services.
* Familiarity with omnichannel fulfillment workflows, encompassing various channels like print, email, fax, and digital communications.
* Prior exposure to significant modernization or platform transition initiatives.
* A keen interest in emerging technologies such as automation, robust audit tracking systems, or real-time orchestration platforms.
 

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $41.56 to $46.18 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
