About the Role
We are looking for a strategic and data-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead and execute online marketing initiatives that grow brand awareness, drive member acquisition, and deepen engagement with our existing membership community. This role sits at the intersection of content strategy, social media management, and performance marketing, and will play a key part in bringing our membership program — Encore — to the forefront of our digital presence.

What You’ll Do

Social Media & Content

  • Own and manage the Membership social media accounts, serving as the day-to-day voice of the brand across platforms
  • Develop and execute social media strategies designed to engage existing members, attract new followers, and convert audiences into members
  • Build and maintain a content calendar, ensuring consistent, timely, and on-brand publishing across all relevant channels
  • Monitor trending hashtags, cultural moments, and platform updates, identifying creative ways to integrate them authentically into brand storytelling

Campaign Management

  • Brief and collaborate on integrated campaigns spanning social media, the brand website, paid media, and other digital touchpoints to drive Encore Membership awareness and acquisition
  • Partner cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure digital marketing priorities align with broader brand strategy and business objectives
  • Conduct competitive and customer research to inform campaign positioning, messaging, and audience targeting

Performance & Optimization

  • Analyze campaign performance metrics across all digital channels, translating data into actionable insights and recommendations
  • Establish and refine processes and systems to improve the efficiency and consistency of digital marketing operations
  • Develop and provide marketing materials that support membership sales and growth efforts, including internal communications and training resources

What You Bring

  • Proven experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on social media strategy and campaign management
  • Hands-on experience managing brand social accounts and content calendars across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and others
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and optimize accordingly
  • Experience briefing creative teams and collaborating cross-functionally on integrated campaigns
  • Familiarity with paid media and site-based marketing tactics
  • A passion for brand storytelling and consumer engagement, with a sharp eye for cultural trends
  • Experience in retail, lifestyle, or membership-based organizations is a plus
