**About the Role**
In this essential role, you will be at the heart of their supplier risk and compliance monitoring activities. You’ll contribute to maintaining a healthy and secure operational environment by meticulously managing compliance data, conducting vital outreach, and ensuring all necessary documentation is up-to-date. Your work will directly support the continuous assessment of external partners, helping to identify and mitigate potential risks, and ultimately contributing to the overall resilience and success of the organization.
**What You’ll Do**
* Conduct outreach to internal departments and external partners to validate and update crucial contact information.
* Initiate assessments and questionnaires for upcoming reviews, ensuring timely engagement.
* Monitor and diligently follow up to ensure all outstanding questionnaires are completed on schedule.
* Access external portals to obtain and download required compliance artifacts.
* Validate review requirements for compliance artifacts and confirm report time periods.
* Save all compliance files to designated internal repositories, ensuring proper documentation.
* Notify relevant review teams when reports are available for their assessment.
* Maintain updates to inventory management trackers, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
* Analyze external partner performance responses and facilitate remediation for ratings below a defined threshold.
* Escalate unresolved issues to risk leads as appropriate, ensuring prompt attention to critical matters.

**Experience:**
Proven experience in supplier risk, compliance, or external partner management operations.
**Work Ethic:**
Ability to manage high-volume, deadline-driven workloads independently with exceptional attention to detail.
**Communication:**
Strong oral and written communication skills for effective partnering with internal stakeholders.
**Technical Proficiency:**
Proficiency with common office productivity tools, specifically spreadsheets, and experience navigating external partner/compliance portal environments.
**Mindset:**
Intellectually curious with a growth mindset; proactively seeks to understand context beyond assigned tasks, asks thoughtful questions, and continuously looks for ways to improve processes.
**Adaptability:**
Comfortable leveraging AI tools to improve personal productivity, summarize information, and support documentation tasks; willingness to learn and experiment with emerging tools as they are introduced.
**Bonus Points**
* PMP certified or prior project management experience.
* Experience with enterprise risk or compliance management platforms.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $44 to $49. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
