Note: This position requires you to be onsite 2 days a week in the Bay area.

As a vital contributor, you will be responsible for crafting clear, engaging, and on-brand copy across a multitude of customer touch points. You’ll play a pivotal role in translating brand strategy into impactful words, navigating a robust production ecosystem to deliver compelling content across digital, social, print, and in-store channels. This role demands a versatile individual who can seamlessly transition between tactical execution for high-volume deliverables and skilled storytelling, primarily utilizing established creative templates to maintain brand consistency and efficiency.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Write, edit, and refine compelling, original, and on-brand copy, balancing tactical execution for high-volume deliverables with adaptive creative writing within established templates.
* Ensure the timely and on-brand delivery of all copy, maintaining high standards of quality and consistency.
* Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment to align copy with broader marketing initiatives.
* Serve as a guardian of the brand voice, ensuring consistency, clarity, and impact across all communications.
* Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting ongoing deadlines for high-volume deliverables.

**Must-Have Skills & Experience:**

* 4+ years as a writer in a creative agency or brand setting, with proven experience in high-volume, tactical copy execution using new and templated creative.
* 4+ years of professional copy editing experience, preferably in beauty, fashion, lifestyle, or retail industries.
* 3+ years strong working knowledge of Microsoft Suite, Sharepoint, Monday.com, Figma, Adobe InDesign C Acrobat, and Ziflow.
* 3+ years strong understanding of Canadian and US text standards.
* **Education:** Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent Industry Experience Required.
* **Competencies & Skills:**
* Proven ability to write clear, concise, and engaging copy that aligns with brand voice, specifically for marketing initiatives and templated creative.
* Exceptional editing and proofreading skills with meticulous attention to detail, crucial for maintaining consistency in high-volume outputs.
* Ability to adapt writing style efficiently to various channels and project types, with a strong focus on refining and enhancing existing copy within established templates.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
* Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting ongoing deadlines for high-volume deliverables.
* A solid understanding of marketing initiatives and the critical role of precise, on-brand copy in supporting tactical campaign success and transactional objectives.
 

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $44.68 to $49.65. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
