The Role

Our client, a global experiential agency, seeks an Executive Creative Director to lead high-impact brand experiences at the intersection of strategy, storytelling, and technology. You will collaborate across strategy, technical, and production teams to deliver immersive, multi-channel campaigns that drive measurable results. While rooted in live events and experiential, we need a visionary who pushes bold, big-picture ideas across every medium.

The Basics

This role is onsite M – Th in Norwood, MA.

Salary base of $200K – $250K.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership: Foster a culture of innovative thinking and mentor the next generation of creative talent.
  • Innovation & Curiosity: Stay ahead of trends in generative AI, digital production, and real-time theater to keep our work pioneering.
  • Client Collaboration: Partner with account directors and executive producers to align creative visions with brand goals. Act as a champion for big ideas during client pitches.
  • Business Development: Support the “hunt” for new opportunities by concepting and pitching creative solutions that exceed expectations.
  • Team Management: Act as a player-coach for a diverse creative team, ensuring they remain organized, challenged, and inspired.
  • Quality Assurance: Maintain a culture of excellence, constantly pushing boundaries to improve the customer experience.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of creative leadership in experiential marketing or advertising.
  • Proven History: Success in leading cross-functional teams and inspiring “world-class” creative solutions.
  • Strong Presenter: Ability to sell complex ideas to senior-level client executives.
  • Diverse Portfolio: Must showcase innovative event concepts, integrated marketing, and original content.
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders.
