Designer (360° Creative: Digital, Print, & Packaging)
Location: LA
Status: Pipeline Role (Anticipated opening for Q2/Q3 2026)
The Opportunity
Are you obsessed with the intersection of luxury aesthetics and consumer psychology? We are building a talent pipeline for a 360° Designer to join our world-class creative team.
As a designer in the beauty space, you won’t just be “making things look pretty.” You will be responsible for the visual soul of our brands across every touchpoint—from the tactile experience of unboxing a new serum to the high-energy thumb-stop of a TikTok ad.
Note on Application: This is a pipeline opening. While we do not have an immediate vacancy today, we are actively vetting top-tier talent to ensure a seamless hire as our portfolio expands in the coming months.
What You’ll Do
You will be a creative shapeshifter, moving between physical and pixels with ease:
Packaging & Industrial Design: Develop primary and secondary packaging that stands out on a crowded shelf while maintaining sustainability standards and brand DNA.
Digital & Social Strategy: Create high-impact assets for web, email, and social media (IG, TikTok, Pinterest) that drive engagement and conversion.
Print & OOH: Design large-scale retail displays, press kits, and out-of-home advertising that stop traffic.
Brand Evolution: Maintain absolute visual consistency across all platforms while pushing the boundaries of the brand’s aesthetic.
Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing, Product Development, and E-commerce teams to translate business goals into beautiful, functional design.
Who You Are
A Beauty Enthusiast: You understand the “codes” of the beauty industry—typography, lighting, and textures matter to you.
A Technical Polymath: You are as comfortable setting up a die-line for a folding carton as you are animating a motion graphic for a digital billboard.
An Adaptable Thinker: You can pivot from a minimalist, clinical skincare vibe to a high-glam, maximalist makeup launch without breaking a sweat.
Detail-Obsessed: You notice the 1pt kerning error and the slightly off-brand hex code from a mile away.
Required Skills
CategoryRequirementsSoftware Expert in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Experience with Figma or After Effects is a major plus.
Experience 3–5+ years in a creative agency or in-house brand (Beauty, Fashion, or CPG preferred).
Production Deep understanding of print processes, paper stocks, and digital compression standards.
Portfolio A diverse body of work showing 360° campaigns (Print + Digital + Packaging).
