**What You’ll Do:**

* Collaborate within a team of dedicated support technicians, serving a large internal user base.
* Perform system administration for a variety of desktop and laptop environments.
* Deliver hands-on installation, troubleshooting, and comprehensive technology support for computing devices and peripherals.
* Provide timely phone support and remote assistance to resolve user issues efficiently.
* Manage the deployment and reclamation of computer equipment, meticulously maintaining the asset management database.
* Document all work thoroughly using various internal tools to ensure clear records and knowledge sharing.
* Deliver outstanding customer support, ensuring a positive experience for all employees.
* Support technology needs across multiple operational sites.

**Must-Have Qualifications:**

* A Bachelor’s degree in technology or a minimum of 1-3 years of recent experience providing technology support within an enterprise-wide internal service center environment.
* Demonstrated strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with users and team members.

**Nice-to-Have Qualifications:**

* A working knowledge of PC technical support for both Windows and Macintosh operating systems.
