About the Role
Join the exciting and dynamic world of our beauty client as an entry-level Supply Chain Associate. This is a 12-month paid opportunity designed for recent graduates who are eager to build foundational knowledge in supply chain operations within the beauty industry.
You will gain hands-on exposure to supply chain processes while working alongside a high-performing team. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to meaningful projects, collaborate cross-functionally, and gain visibility with senior leadership. Key Responsibilities
- Support core supply chain functions including:

Inventory management
- Forecasting and demand planning
- Order management
- Credit management
- Product assembly coordination

- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize supply chain processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Operations, Finance, Sales, and Logistics.
- Assist with reporting, system updates, and supply chain analytics.
- Contribute to special projects and team initiatives as assigned.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and propose innovative solutions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (received within the past 12 months; recent graduates encouraged to apply).
- 0–2 years of relevant experience.
- Minimum 3.0 GPA required.
- Strong analytical skills (Engineering or technical degree preferred).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including:
