Our leading financial client is seeking a talented Brand Marketing Account Manager to join their team!
This is a senior, hands-on program leader who owns end-to-end delivery of the brand refresh, brand campaign and content execution, and the adoption program that makes the launch stick. The role runs launch readiness, pilots and enablement, briefs and aligns cross-functional partners with Communications for final messaging. We need a meticulous operator who is also an outstanding communicator and proven change agent: comfortable working cross-functionally and with executive stakeholders to drive measurable advisor acquisition outcomes.
What You’ll Do:
• Lead end-to-end launch delivery across multiple workstreams: timelines, dependency maps, risk register, contingency plans, and stakeholder signoffs.
• Own brand campaign and content execution across paid, owned, and earned channels: translate strategy into briefs, set acceptance criteria, manage trafficking and QA, and ensure measurement requirements are met.
• Own change management and adoption: create stakeholder maps, change impact assessments, pilot plans, role-based enablement, and adoption KPIs. Run pilots, iterate, and scale with field-ready playbooks.
• Partner with Communications for sequencing and final messaging; provide context, timing, and asset readiness (Communications owns the talking points).
• Design, stand up, and run brand governance: create the Launch Governance model (roles, RACI, decision rights), charter the Executive Launch Council and Core Ops working group, and publish the governance cadence and escalation paths.
• Act as the program owner for agency and vendor performance: maintain SLAs, run regular performance reviews, manage scope and budgets, and hold partners accountable while partnering with agency account leads.
• Develop and maintain executive-ready dashboards tying adoption and campaign results to advisor acquisition funnel metrics.
What You’ll Bring:
• Director level: 7-10 years brand management experience with at least 2 years in agency account leadership or program delivery managing multiple external partners.
• Demonstrated change-management experience: stakeholder mapping, enablement design, pilot rollouts, and measurable adoption outcomes.
• Proven record delivering complex brand, product, or website launches in enterprise or regulated environments (financial services experience preferred).
• Elite project management: dependency mapping, , resource planning, Gantt/RACI fluency (Asana/Jira/MS Project).
• Exceptional communicator with executive presence: prepares concise decision packs, presents tradeoffs, and secures timely decisions.
• Strong cross-functional influence: gains alignment without formal authority and coaches stakeholders to adopt new ways of working.
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $58.00 to $65.00 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
