Join one of the newest and fastest-growing Retail Media Networks (RMN) in the US. We are looking for a seasoned Program Manager to step in and lead our account management and sales activities for our vendor monetization program. This begins as a high-impact, 8-week “sprint” where you will act as the primary bridge between our merchant teams, internal marketing experts, and external brand partners (vendors).

What You’ll Do

As the Lead Account Manager for the RMN, you will hit the ground running on day one to:

  • Drive Vendor Monetization: Lead sales activities and onboard brand partners into the campaign intake process.
  • Manage End-to-End Campaigns: Own individual vendor paid campaigns from the initial brief to final execution.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with the Paid Marketing and Merchant teams to design high-value marketing plans that hit vendor objectives.
  • Own the Results: Responsible for campaign reporting, program recapping, and managing the invoicing process with accounting.
  • Optimize Trends: Monitor best practices and emerging trends to ensure our programming remains competitive and effective.

The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a “plug-and-play” expert who has specifically managed partnerships or sales for a major retailer’s media network (e.g., Roundel, Walmart Connect, Amazon Advertising, etc.).

Top 3 Must-Have Skills:

  1. Direct RMN Sales Experience: You understand how to sell media plans to vendors within a retail ecosystem.
  2. Media Planning: You know how to translate brand goals into actionable digital marketing strategies.
  3. Vendor Management: You are an expert at navigating brand relationships and “matrixed” internal teams.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Account Lead or Sales Lead in a Retail Media environment.
  • Strong background in media sales and campaign reporting.
  • Ability to manage complex agendas and touchpoints across multiple divisions.
  • Available to start immediately (Feb 10th) and commit to the full 8-week duration.
