Role Overview & Impact
As a key contributor, you will play a pivotal role in orchestrating complex partner engagements, ensuring that ambitious projects move from concept to reality with precision and efficiency. You’ll be the driving force behind operational excellence, translating strategic visions into actionable plans and maintaining crystal-clear visibility across all co-engineering workstreams. Key Responsibilities

  • Hardware Vendor Operations – own the operational aspects of Windows AI partner co‑engineering engagements, including tracking commitments, dependencies, risks, and execution health across active workstreams.
  • Program & Execution Management – manage partner deliverables, bugs, risks, and action items across engineering and program tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, Power BI, PowerPoint), ensuring clear ownership, partner accountability, and timely closure.
  • Release & Readiness Management – coordinate the partner release lifecycle, including software drops, quality and certification results, release readiness tracking, and the production of developer‑facing release notes in partnership with product and engineering leads.
  • Project Artifacts & Reporting – maintain and update project artifacts (ADO items, Power BI dashboards, PowerPoint, Excel trackers, SharePoint artefacts), ensuring a single source of truth for internal stakeholders and hardware vendors, with consistent hygiene and cadence.
  • Stakeholder Communications – deliver regular, structured communications including meeting notes, partner release commitments, execution status updates, and risk summaries. Translate partner‑provided updates into clear internal decision‑making inputs and executive‑ready summaries.
  • Workstream & Cadence Coordination – track action items and topic requests for recurring hardware vendor workstream syncs. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to prepare agendas, pre‑reads, meeting logistics, and post‑meeting follow‑ups to ensure effective and outcomes‑driven forums.

Must-Have Qualifications

  • 5+ years experience in program operations, technical program management, or partner operations.
  • Program / Operations Management (5+ years) Hands on experience managing execution across complex, multi stakeholder programs, including tracking deliverables, risks, dependencies, and action items across parallel workstreams. Proven ability to operate with rigor and maintain predictable execution cadence.
  • Engineering & Tooling Fluency (3+ years) Strong working experience with engineering and program management tools such as Azure DevOps (or equivalent), dashboards/reporting tools (e.g., Power BI), and structured tracking artifacts (PowerPoint, Excel). Ability to manage bugs, releases, and readiness signals in collaboration with engineering teams.
  • Release, Certification, or Readiness Operations (3+ years) Experience coordinating release lifecycles involving external partners, including software drops, validation or certification results, release commitments, and developer facing artifacts such as release notes. Familiarity with readiness tracking and cross team dependency management is required.
  • Strong execution rigor: tracking actions, dependencies, and deadlines across multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience working with engineering teams and external partners.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including executive‑level summarization.
  • Comfort operating across ambiguity and multiple parallel workstreams.
  • Experience supporting software product releases and software release lifecycle
  • Demonstrated ability to be flexible/ adaptable in exercising judgment in a changing environment and to manage competing priorities
  • Proven ability to learn business processes quickly and to work well with business partners at different levels within the organization
  • Experience delivering technology and business application solutions in a large-scale, multi-platform systems environment

  • Background working with a developer platform offering
  • Familiarity with certification, validation, or release readiness programs.
