Your meticulous work will uphold compliance standards and facilitate a positive initial experience for all incoming talent.
As a key contributor, you will be instrumental in managing essential employment authorization functions. You will leverage your organizational skills to navigate complex processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in every task. Your proactive approach will help maintain compliance, streamline onboarding, and support the overall success of the human resources shared services team.
**Primary Responsibilities:**
* Manage and respond to inquiries within our case management system related to employment authorization documentation.
* Contribute to the generation and analysis of critical employment authorization reports.
* Oversee the accurate completion of new hire forms, including conducting thorough audit checks to ensure compliance.
* Drive the resolution of case management issues, ensuring timely and effective outcomes.
**Must-Have Qualifications:**
* 1+ years of experience in an operations-focused role.
* Verifiable High School diploma or GED is required.
**Nice-to-Have Qualifications:**
* Exceptional client service abilities, with a focus on delivering positive interactions.
* Proficiency in PC applications, including extensive knowledge of spreadsheet and database software.
* Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to thrive both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
* Demonstrated ability to maintain a high degree of accuracy and perform effectively under tight deadlines.
* Adept at prioritizing tasks and managing projects using established methodologies.
* Prior experience in service and operations delivery.
* Comprehensive understanding of human resources processes and administration.
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $14 to $16 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
