Accounts Payable Administrator

**About the Role**

**What You’ll Do**
* Independently process accounts payable transactions using a 3-way matching system.
* Coordinate accounts payable activities to ensure accurate and timely payment processing through various financial platforms.
* Act as a champion for compliance, ensuring adherence to approved company policies and procedures.
* Collaborate with buyers, vendors, and internal business partners to resolve parked and blocked invoices efficiently.
* Utilize strong customer service and communication skills to address internal and external inquiries, including vendor statement reconciliation and procurement issues.
* Contribute innovative ideas and creative solutions to enhance shared services operations and overall business objectives.
* Participate in special projects designed to improve the shared services environment and support broader business goals.
* Process a high volume of invoices daily, contributing significantly to operational flow.
* Work collaboratively within a team, providing support and assistance to colleagues as needed.

**What You’ll Bring**
* 2-4 years of accounts payable experience.
* High School Diploma.
* Proven ability to process a high volume of invoices (75-100 per day).
* Experience working with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
* Willingness and ability to work overtime during peak demand periods and monthly closing cycles.
* Intermediate/advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including working knowledge of VLOOKUPs and pivot tables.
* Exceptional organizational skills and a strong attention to detail.

* Experience with document imaging systems.
