Our agency client is looking for a Senior Designer who is a Figma expert and a systems thinker. This person will act as a bridge between big-picture brand campaigns and high-volume production, scale artwork across various platforms. They should have a rock-solid grasp of design fundamentals, particularly in type hierarchy and grid systems.

Someone who can navigate strict brand guidelines and technical specs to deliver a variety of design solutions. This person knows the brand rules well—how to push them creatively, and when to break them. Beyond the pixels, they’ll be a key leader who can anticipate challenges, accurately scope work for themselves, and mentor the team (long-term).

We need someone who is independent and accountable, someone who can project manage themselves, and keep the design bar high, even during fast-paced sprints and quick turnarounds.

*This is a 40 hour per week, remote role (PST), for approx. 3 months with potential to extend.
