Start Date:

We’re looking for an experienced Adobe Workfront System Administrator and change-management leader to play a critical role in the launch and adoption of Adobe Workfront and AEM Assets across our large, multi-team organization.

This is a contract, hands-on, business-facing role where you’ll act as the Workfront subject-matter expert (SME), supporting a high-visibility platform rollout and helping teams transition from our current system, Wrike, to Workfront. You’ll partner closely with our Marketing, Creative, and Content teams to ensure adoption, troubleshoot issues, and guide users through new workflows during a compressed and high-impact launch period.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in ambiguity, enjoys ownership, and is comfortable leveraging prior experience to lead change at scale.

What You’ll Do

  • Act as the Workfront SME and system administrator during and after our launch
  • Support a large-scale rollout impacting users across multiple teams
  • Manage user access, group assignments, permissions, and onboarding
  • Validate workflows and templates; contribute to or refine training and reference materials
  • Provide high-touch post-launch support, issue triage, and escalation
  • Drive adoption and help ensure the successful decommissioning of Wrike
  • Partner with IT and Product stakeholders on integrations, including Workfront ↔ AEM Assets
  • Gather feedback and continuously improve workflows and platform usage

What You’ll bring

  • Hands-on Adobe Workfront administration experience
  • Experience supporting large-scale platform rollouts and change management
  • Strong communicator comfortable presenting, training, and guiding business users
  • Ability to operate independently with minimal ramp time
  • Experience translating business needs into system workflows and configurations

Nice to Have

  • Experience with AEM Assets or other DAM platforms
  • Familiarity with Wrike or other enterprise project management tools
  • Exposure to post-launch adoption, optimization, or integration work

Why This Role

  • High-visibility launch with real ownership
  • Opportunity to shape adoption strategy and best practices
  • Likely extension into Q2 integration and optimization initiatives

What This Job Is Not

  • Not a traditional project manager role — you won’t own campaign timelines or budgets; you’ll own the Workfront platform.
  • Not entry-level — hands-on Workfront administration experience is required from day one.
  • Not a purely technical role — success depends on training, communication, and business partnership.
  • Not hands-off — you’ll be actively configuring, troubleshooting, and supporting users.
  • Not slow-paced or highly structured — this is a fast-moving launch with evolving priorities.
