This is a remote US-based position that will start as a 5 month engagement and could extend up to 18 months.

As a pivotal contributor to our Business Operations team, you will have the unique opportunity to work closely with cutting-edge advanced technology initiatives, making a broad and significant impact across fast-moving, highly innovative teams.

In this impactful role, you will be instrumental in ensuring our teams operate effectively at scale by providing essential administrative and project coordination support. You’ll contribute directly to key initiatives that support multiple business units, including engineering, product development, and leadership. Your work will be critical in managing vital tools and processes, fostering seamless collaboration, and driving project success.

Primary Duties

  • Tooling Management & Administration: Own the tactical day-to-day management of third-party tooling support, ensuring compliance with established policies and governance standards. This includes managing access, setting up defined team structures within existing and new tools, and integrating them with internal systems.
  • Collaboration & Communication: Actively collaborate with lead business managers, expanding your network and gaining insights from peers and leadership. You will skillfully prioritize and manage multiple requests from various stakeholders, ensuring clear and timely communication.
  • Project Ownership & Execution: Take ownership of assigned project tasks, executing them under guidance while maintaining accountability for individual deliverables. You will independently manage components of project outcomes, proactively asking questions, sharing ideas, and creating essential status updates, reports, and documentation to support project tracking and decision-making.

Must-Have Qualifications

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a Business Administration or Project Coordination role.
  • At least 2 years of experience working with internal collaboration and identity management tools.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience operating within a large enterprise organization.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, strong prioritization, and time management skills, with a proven ability to handle sensitive information responsibly.
  • Demonstrated capability to thrive in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, proactive initiative, sound judgment, and the ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
  • Proven track record of building trust through consistent and timely follow-up, coupled with outstanding clarity in communication.
  • This role requires US Citizenship

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

  • Previous experience within a large or matrixed organizational structure.
  • At least one year of experience providing administrative support for third-party communication, project tracking, or code management tools.
  • Relevant Project Management Training or Certifications (e.g., PMP, Agile).
