Order Management Coordinator

Overview

Duration: Mat leave coverage, 3 months (until mid-April)
Hours: 40/week
Location: Sttamford, CT area. Given the work the training might be easier in person. Maybe a few days a week when they start on-site and then can reduce to once-a-week post onboarding?
*Must have your own laptop (that can support the bandwidth of using a few systems at the same time) and a monitor is possible.

Responsibilities:

• Supports daily order processing in our internal ticketing system, ensuring accuracy with great customer service with all tickets
• Experience with Excel
• Partners with Distribution/Fulfilment, Customer service, Stores on orders, order updates, resolve issues, update systems etc.
• Requires sense of urgency, strong attention to detail
• Requires some order management experience so there is an understanding of the order journey
• Precious ERP knowledge required (NetSuite preferred)
