**About the Role**
We’re seeking a proactive and creative individual to drive the day-to-day execution of integrated consumer marketing campaigns. This role is crucial for bringing innovative ideas to life across various channels, ensuring alignment with overall brand strategy, and contributing to a forward-thinking team environment. You will be instrumental in coordinating efforts with internal teams and external agencies, becoming a specialist in the evolving used vehicle market, and helping to enhance our client’s strategic initiatives.
**What You’ll Do**
* Manage the day-to-day tactical execution of retail, CRM, and consumer site workstreams, identifying and pursuing new opportunities as they arise.
* Coordinate and support consumer website activities in collaboration with digital operations specialists.
* Work closely with multiple partner agencies to ensure seamless execution across aligned marketing channels.
* Facilitate the development and production of consumer marketing materials with creative agencies, including managing necessary approvals.
* Collaborate with internal partners to leverage available resources and ensure adherence to company requirements and processes.
* Develop expertise in the used vehicle market, including consumer trends, product insights, and competitive landscapes.
* Coordinate with internal and external partners to develop initiatives that enhance the company’s used vehicle strategy.
* Support the implementation of an integrated dealer retail strategy and associated materials in close collaboration with team members.
* Contribute to the development of initiatives that support broader team goals.
* Accurately track media and production budgets with meticulous attention to detail.
**What You’ll Bring**
* Bachelor’s degree is a must
* 5+ years of experience in consumer marketing or advertising.
* A creatively consumer-centric, results-driven mentality.
* Excellent project management skills with a proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
* Ability to navigate ambiguity and proactively drive tasks to completion.
* Proficiency in synthesizing site and marketing metrics to provide clear, succinct summaries for team sharing.
* Proven time management skills, effectively prioritizing impactful activities and minimizing distractions.
* Exceptional oral and written communication skills, demonstrating the ability to understand and communicate effectively with diverse audiences, present information succinctly, and foster open communication.
Highly preferred:
* Prior experience working at an advertising or marketing agency.
* Experience within the automotive industry.
This is an salaried hybrid position in Warren, Mi. Candidates must currently be local to the area and eligitble to work in the United States without a sponsorship.
