The Services External Marketing Group is responsible for driving new customer acquisition as well as cultivating awareness and education of their full suite of services, through online and offline marketing campaigns. Their rapidly growing team is looking for a Campaign Producer to support the External Marketing Group. In this role, you’ll be tasked with working cross functionally with numerous different disciplines within marketing, focusing on improving workflows, efficiency, and project management across various work streams.

Key Qualifications

  • 3-4 years of experience with project management, operations management/development, and/or equivalent support
  • Knowledge of different functional areas that contribute to the marketing campaign lifecycle, including media planning, media strategy, ad trafficking, marketing measurement, and analytics
  • Prior experience working with media marketing teams and a general understanding of end-to-end media campaign process
  • Experiences in campaign management, including but not limited to, creative briefings, social/ media content tracking, analytics coordination, etc.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms like TikTok, YouTube, Meta, X, Reddit, and Pinterest
  • Experience with project management and resource management tools such as Airtable is a plus
  • Comfortable with building partnerships and working with cross functional teams across multiple business functions
  • Experience in subscription service marketing is a plus
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, navigate ambiguity, and adapt to fast-paced environments
  • Eager to take on complex problems and driven to always find the best solutions
  • Aptitude for project management, process, communication, and administrative duties
  • Highly detailed oriented and exceptional organization skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
